Named for the three oak tree varieties native to the Central Valley of California (Valley Oak, Interior Live Oak, and Blue Oak), we are continuing our family’s agricultural legacy in California. Our goal is to humanely raise and care for livestock which will provide high-quality proteins for your family to enjoy. From 28-day, dry-aged, natural beef to locally raised pork and lamb, we have a variety of individual and box bundle options available for pickup, local delivery, or shipment.
