Hello - wanted to provide an update about scheduling for Dr. O’Malley. Amita office staff are working on contacting the hundreds of patients on the waitlist for appointments. They are starting with high priority appointments.

If you do not receive a call back:
STARTING March 1 you can call the following number to be connected directly to Dr. O’Malley’s office for scheduling - 847-888-3552. This phone number will NOT be monitored until March 1.

Also starting March 1: forwarding medical records can be faxed to 847-888-3731.

Hi everyone, Dr. O’Malley’s new office phone number is 224-273-6417.
You can contact that number to be placed on a waitlist for appointments. Once scheduling is available someone will contact those on the waitlist to set appointments. Expecting scheduling will begin in 1-2 weeks.

Edit: please note this number is only to be used to join the waitlist for appointments. Dr. O’Malley does not monitor this number and is not currently in practice. He looks forward to seeing his patients and addressing all concerns in March.

Happy holidays! Hope everyone has a good new year. Great news - A contract has been signed with Amita and the new office will be opening at the beginning of March. The new address is: 1975 Lin Lor Lane Suite 205 Elgin, IL 60123. If you would like to see Dr. O’Malley in that office you can have your medical records mailed there. More details to come.

Just wanted everyone to know that yesterday, November 23, was Dr. O’Malley’s last day working at the Bartlett office. He has entered into a separation agreement with Northwestern. He is not retiring and his health his good. He is in the process of developing a new office, which should be up and running in the next 2-3 months. More info to follow. Happy Thanksgiving!
