Making better decisions created the next problem.

The Business OS has gotten much better at helping decide what deserves a yes. But those decisions still have to be carried into websites, files, settings, and the other systems where the actual work happens.

Now the system is beginning to get hands.

Episode 014 looks at the question that creates: How do you let the system execute without letting the part doing the work start making the decisions too?

More opportunities do not create more time. They make choosing more important.

Every new product idea, customer request, retailer conversation, or potential partnership creates another direction JW Designs could go.

One of the harder parts of growing a business is learning that researching an opportunity and committing to it are not the same thing.

Getting more opportunities sounds like a good problem to have.

Until every idea, product request, partnership, retailer conversation, and “what if we tried this?” starts competing for the same limited time and money.

One of the things JW Designs has gotten better at is not automatically turning every interesting possibility into work. Research it. Understand the economics. Look at the technical burden. Ask whether it actually fits what the business is trying to become.

And then ask the question that matters:
