We get asked about our dying technique all the time. As a left-handed person, you'd think that Lttlteapot would dye with her left hand !

Instead, she dyes with her right hand, and never gets her left hand dirty!

This technique is useful for opening flowers with one hand and dying and then being able to reach for clean flowers with a clean hand. It's very much like the wet hand versus dry hand in baking and cooking.

One of the easiest ways to do this is to submerge the flowers and let them soften a little bit in the dye, before you pull them out and separate the petals gently.

Takes a little practice, but we use this technique all the time!
