To every bereaved parent, grandparent, sibling and family member... this is for you. 🩷🩵
Some days the weight of grief feels impossible to carry.

You may smile on the outside while your heart is quietly breaking.
You may wonder if anyone remembers your precious baby or understands the love you still carry every single day.

Please know this...
Your baby mattered.
Your love matters.
Your grief matters.

There is no time limit on missing your child and there is no right or wrong way to grieve. Whether your loss was days ago or decades ago, your baby will always be part of your family and your story.

Be gentle with yourself.
Rest when you need to.
Cry when you need to.
Speak your baby's name with pride if that brings you comfort. You never have to apologise for loving your child.

At Our Angel Bears Charity, we are here to walk beside you through the darkest days and the brighter ones too.

Together we remember every precious baby, we honour every family, and we remind one another that none of us have to face this journey alone.

Tbh though, it seems as if the little stuff overwhelms me more than the big stuff now. Life is overwhelming at times. The little stuff piles. Until one day, your head explodes with frustration. Maybe that's just me.

Wishing you the Kindest and Gentlest of Mother's Days.

Some mothers are spending today surrounded by laughter and little hands.
Some are spending today staring at ultrasound photos, urns, memory boxes, empty bedrooms, hospital bracelets, or names the world does not speak nearly enough.

But both are mothers.

Pregnancy and infant loss does not erase motherhood.
Death does not sever love.
And silence does not make your child any less real.

You carried them.
You loved them.
You still love them.

You are still their mother.
Always have been. Always will be.

Today, we honor the mothers missing someone the world cannot see but whose presence is felt in every breath, every holiday, every version of what life was supposed to be.
