Hi Everyone! This past week sure went by fast! Whew! Of course, didn't get everything checked off the "What I want to get done" list... but did get a few things accomplished...

The weather is hot and humid... So, stop by and check out a couple of the Christmas fabric displays. Yep, Christmas in July... It just may get you thinking about those Yuletide projects you were thinking of doing. If nothing else, maybe some inspiration! You never know...

Besides the holiday fabric, there are various needlework holiday kits available. Plenty of time to get them finished!

Hey Everyone! The Village Smithy Emporium will be closed starting tomorrow, June 23rd through Saturday, June 27th, 2026.

Closed the usual Sunday and Monday the following week, and will reopen again at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026.

Doing some mid-year inventory, changing out a few displays, and bringing out some fabrics for your upcoming projects or to add to your collection...

Happy New Year Everyone! Hope you've had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (so far)! Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate everyone's support, patience and kindness. It is so enjoyable to be able to hear the stories, laugh, have fun, see the projects from the beginning, some in the middle and of course the finished creation! What an amazing group of talented people you are!

Looking forward to this new year. Getting things in order going forward. Please note (see the signage) that the Village Smithy Emporium will be closed tomorrow (January 2nd) and Saturday (January 3rd) for inventory. Also closed the normal Sunday and Monday. Will re-open Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
