Hot take incoming 🔥

Most shows add toys and trading cards to fill tables and charge admission. The Southern Indiana Comic Book Show said no — intentionally.

Why? The organizer put it plainly: "I have no experience in toys or gaming cards. I couldn't help a dealer improve their sales, and I won't bring someone in just to fail."

Comics, he can help. Comics, he can coach. Comics, he can guarantee an audience for.

That's not exclusion — that's expertise and integrity. And it's why every dealer at this show is bringing their A-game in comics.
