Dear valued customers,

I want to share an important update regarding how PaisanCards & Collectables LLC will be handling all future sales and orders.

Effective immediately, we will no longer conduct sales through social media platforms. Over the past year, our community has grown rapidly, and while social media has been a great way to connect, it has become increasingly difficult to track orders, maintain accurate order history, and manage logistics in a way that meets the standards you deserve.

To provide a smoother, more reliable experience, all purchases will now be handled exclusively through our new website. This change will allow us to:

Maintain accurate order tracking

Provide complete order history for every customer

Improve shipping logistics and reduce errors

Offer a more secure and organized checkout process

Our goal is to eliminate the issues that can arise from informal social‑media transactions and ensure every customer receives consistent, professional service.

Additionally, we will no longer be accepting pre‑orders for any products. This decision is based on our commitment to preventing delays, confusion, and inventory conflicts. Moving forward, items will only be available for purchase once they are physically in stock and ready to ship.

To the members of our community,

I want to offer my sincere and direct apology for the hurtful and unacceptable things I said. My words were wrong, and I take full responsibility for the impact they had. Regardless of what I was going through personally, the way I spoke was not appropriate for anyone—let alone someone in my position as CEO of PaisanCards & Collectables LLC.

Over the past several months, my mental health had been steadily declining. I was dealing with an ongoing legal battle, multiple family members undergoing serious health issues and surgeries, and the emotional fallout of a difficult breakup. These pressures compounded over time, and I failed to recognize how much they were affecting my judgment, my behavior, and my ability to communicate with clarity and professionalism.

This is not an excuse. It is context—because the people I hurt deserve to understand what was happening behind the scenes, and why my behavior changed so drastically. I allowed stress, fear, and personal pain to dictate my reactions, and that was a failure on my part.

I want to be clear: I have taken meaningful steps to address this. I sought professional help, began working with mental‑health specialists, and committed myself to getting back on track. These efforts have already made a significant difference, and I will continue them to ensure I never repeat the mistakes I made.

My goal moving forward is to rebuild trust through consistent actions, transparency, and respect. I value this community deeply, and I am committed to showing that through my conduct every day.

Thank you to those who have shown patience, and to those who voiced their concerns—I heard you. I am taking this seriously, and I will continue to do better.
