When this bingo board was created, these squares represented the kinds of opportunities Soarin’ Soirée hoped to grow into.

This year has brought larger installations, multi-feature events, and new partnerships with local businesses. More importantly, those opportunities have helped businesses create spaces that feel welcoming, cohesive, and ready for the people they serve.

Every project begins with a purpose: celebrating a milestone, welcoming customers, honoring a team, or bringing people together. The décor should support that purpose without adding more stress to the planning process.

The Mid-Year Report Card may be complete, but there are still empty squares waiting.

Thank you to every family, school, organization, and business that has trusted Soarin’ Soirée with part of its celebration.

School celebrations have taken many forms this year, from preschool graduations and After Prom to family nights and special campus events.

Each event serves a different purpose, but the goal remains the same: create a welcoming, polished setting that helps students, families, and staff feel that the occasion was thoughtfully planned and worth celebrating.

It has been a privilege to support so many school communities this year.

Showers are filled with meaningful details, whether the celebration is welcoming a new baby or honoring a bride-to-be.

Each one has brought a different vision, color palette, and atmosphere. The goal is to make the space feel cohesive and thoughtfully prepared so the host can spend less time worrying about the setup and more time enjoying the people gathered there.

Own the birthday moment 🎂

Birthdays have brought some of the most creative ideas to life this year.

From racing themes and milestone celebrations to balloon ensembles and bright, playful palettes, each design started with someone special at the center of it.

No two birthdays should feel exactly alike. The goal is always to create something that feels personal, polished, and fitting for the person being celebrated, without the host having to piece every detail together alone.

It started with two mysterious liquids… 🧪

One careful pour.

A puff of color.

Then… BOOM.

One reaction splashed all the way to the ceiling while the rest poured across the floor, creating the perfect backdrop for one very excited six-year-old scientist.

Not all heroes wear capes. 💙

Some wear an EMS uniform.

Some are teachers getting their classrooms ready.

And some are the families who toss a pack of crayons, notebooks, or pencils into the truck because every child deserves to start the school year prepared.

Today, Jefferson County Ambulance - Iowa is collecting school supplies to Stuff the Truck, helping local students head back to school with the tools they need for a great year.

We were honored to donate the balloon décor for the event and pitch in with a couple boxes of 2-gallon storage bags. Every donation, big or small, helps.

It’s pretty special to see first responders, educators, local businesses, and neighbors rally around our kids. That’s what community is all about.

If you’re out today, stop by, say hello, and help Stuff the Truck! 📚✏️🚑
