One of the world's top dealers of Fender Custom Shop, Gibson Custom Shop, Jackson & Charvel Custom Shop, Martin Guitars & More! Since 1994, The Music Zoo has been a destination for musicians around New York City. Our commitment to personalized service, groundbreaking custom instruments, and low prices have made us the first choice for players around the world as well. We stock and ship guitars, amps, basses, and parts and accessories from dozens of major and boutique manufacturers. We know that buying a guitar or amp is a very personal decision. The Music Zoo's staff is legendary for their hands-on knowledge of gear and will be sure that you are 100% satisfied with your experience. We've worked closely with manufacturers such as Fender, Charvel, and Gibson to make exciting custom guitars to our own specifications. Nearly everyone on the staff at The Music Zoo is a player, has a band, or has a collection. Or all of the above. So we have a lot of ideas about taking instruments further than what you'll find in a catalog; see what we mean on our custom runs page. Fortunately, our close friendships with these manufacturers allow us to make our dreams a reality. We can help make yours come true, too. Through countless visits to factories around the country, we know just what the manufacturers can do, how they do it, and in many cases, the person actually building it. We tend to get the "good stuff" from a lot of manufacturers because they know we really care about quality. Our staff is standing by to answer any questions you may have. Whether you're walking in from the sidewalk in New York or calling in from overseas, every customer gets the same personal service on which The Music Zoo has built its reputation. Please let us know how we can help you!
