FSC AWARDS ANNOUNCEMENT: TEAM MANAGER OF THE YEAR!

To kick off the Fall 26 season, we want to announce our 2025-26 Farmington Soccer Club Team Manager of the Year and celebrate the importance of this often overlooked team role.

Team managers handle so much behind the scenes—assisting with schedules, paperwork, communications, and the endless logistical puzzle pieces. On top of that, they serve as our squads' social glue, organizing team events, coordinating coaches' gifts, and managing countless other tasks that allow our coaches to focus entirely on player experience and improvement. A good team manager is nice to have; a great team manager is invaluable and cherished.

Josh’s tireless organization, proactive communication, steady reliability, and positive attitude were significant contributors to the success of the U16 N1 Fury White. His dedication behind the scenes truly set the gold standard for what a team manager is and does.

At Farmington Soccer Club, we believe that high-quality soccer should be accessible to every family. Our Development League is designed for players aged U6 through U14, offering a supportive environment where kids can grow their skills, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love for the game.
