Well… we do love those classics. But this ain’t your grandma’s game night. 😎

Tomorrow night (Wednesday, June 10) from 6 PM - 10 PM, Nerdvana Comics Games & Collectibles is transforming into a battlefield of strategy, betrayal, glory, and questionable dice rolls!

Our featured game for the evening is Circus Maximus — because apparently regular racing isn’t exciting enough, so the Romans added chariots, danger, and the possibility of spectacular crashes. 🏛️🐎💥

Not into Roman chariot racing? No problem! Bring your own favorite nerdy board game or card game and find some fellow geeks to play with. Whether it’s fantasy, sci-fi, horror, deck-building, dungeon-crawling, empire-building, or friendship-destroying resource management, we’re here for it.

🚨🎉 HOLY NERDINESS, BATMAN! 🎉🚨

What. A. Day.

Our 2-Year Anniversary Celebration at Nerdvana Comics, Games & Collectibles absolutely shattered every expectation we had!

✅ Record sales!
✅ Record turnout!
✅ Record levels of awesomeness!
✅ Record amounts of epic nerd energy!

The store was packed with comic fans, gamers, collectors, toy hunters, card slingers, tabletop warriors, and some of the best people Fayetteville and the surrounding areas have to offer.

We had a DJ spinning tunes, Nothing Bundt Cakes keeping everyone fueled with delicious sweetness, amazing conversations, incredible customers, and enough geeky excitement to power a DeLorean back to 1985!

Two years ago, we opened our doors on a rainy day with a dream, some shelves, and a whole lot of hope. Today, thanks to YOU, we’ve grown into something truly special. Every comic purchased, every game played, every collectible hunted down, every recommendation shared, and every person who walked through our doors helped make this possible.

That’s right. THE. LEGO. DEATH. STAR.

This magnificent battle station is now resting peacefully in the shop, fully armed and operational… and taking up roughly the same amount of space as a small moon.

Our staff has already spent an unhealthy amount of time staring at it and making “That’s no moon…” jokes.

Whether you’re a Jedi Master of LEGO, a Sith Lord of collecting, or just someone who enjoys seeing ridiculously awesome nerd stuff in person, you need to stop by and witness this beast for yourself.

Warning: Side effects may include excessive drooling, spontaneous lightsaber noises, and explaining to your spouse why you suddenly need a giant LEGO space station in your life.

Our resident hobby wizard, Magister Ludi, is now offering miniature painting services at Nerdvana Comics Games & Collectibles! Whether you’ve got a squad, an army, or enough gray plastic to invade a small country, he’ll transform them into tabletop masterpieces.

From Warhammer armies to D&D heroes, he’ll make your minis look so good your opponents may surrender before the first dice roll.

Of course, he’ll do it for a reasonable fee. We checked, and unfortunately exposure bucks, Monopoly money, and “I’ll get you next time” are not accepted. 😂

Yesterday marked TWO YEARS of Nerdvana Comics Games and Collectibles!

That’s right—2 years of comics, toys, video games, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, tabletop games, dice, collectibles, friendship, laughter, and a place where geeks of all kinds can come together and feel at home.

What started with a fraction of the inventory we have today has grown into a community hub filled with amazing people, epic collections, unforgettable game nights, and enough nerdy goodness to make even a dragon jealous.

And none of it would be possible without YOU.

Our customers, friends, gamers, collectors, readers, traders, and fellow nerds have helped turn a dream into something truly special. Thank you for every visit, every purchase, every conversation, and every memory made over the last two years.

Today was supposed to be a normal day at Nerdvana Comics Games and Collectibles…

Then a RIDICULOUS vintage TMNT lot walked through the door. 🐢🔥

Universal Monsters crossover turtles.
Astronaut turtles.
Military turtles.
Sports turtles.
Troll variations.
And more vintage shell-kicking goodness than should legally exist in one collection.

Most of them are UNPUNCHED too!! 😳

So naturally, Adam made the most responsible business decision possible…

He kept ALL OF IT.
Every. Single. Piece.

That’s right. None for sale. Zero. Zilch. Nada.

This post exists purely so you can witness the level of toy goblin behavior happening behind the counter today. 😂
