I'm getting the hair on this Mermaid finished and I love how the tweed looks! The next mermaid will have red hair and then a blond one. I really do love this pattern.

After I worked on coasters, I worked on a mermaid!
I used the RH Bitty Stripes for the tail/fins and her top.
I used Skein Tones Hazelnut for the skin tone and a medium brown tweed that was in my stash with no label for the hair. I used a 4 mm hook. This is the Mermaid pattern by Moms Stitchetti, LLC It's quick and easy. It's so fun to make.
Edit: This one still needs lots of hair and some detail at the top of her tail.

Happy Monday morning 🐕☀️🎶❤️😊

I got wings and heads done yesterday for the popping chick coasters. Now eyes and legs get added when I put them together. These have a few little pieces, but nothing difficult. The pattern is by Crochet Musings on YouTube as a free tutorial. You can also purchase them on their website that's linked in the tutorial.

Who's excited for the week? I know some people are off work for the holiday. What are your plans? I'm just hanging out at home with the dog and the hubs doin' our thing!
