But here's the thing nobody tells you: cute signage means nothing if your bartenders can't keep up.

I spent most of the day running around making sure everything was perfect, which means I have zero photos of the actual couple (very on-brand for a coordinator), but honestly? I would not change a thing.

Nobody told him to do this. He just knew.

As guests were coming in, our officiant was already moving people to the aisle seats so there wouldn't be empty chairs in the ceremony photos. Completely unprompted. Just because he knows what he's doing.

THIS is why your vendor team matters so much. The right people aren't waiting to be told what to do — they're already three steps ahead protecting your day before you even know it needs protecting.

When you build a team of people who actually care, your wedding almost runs itself. Almost. 😅
