Some herbs are loud. Roses whisper. 🌹
There’s something about rosebuds that has captivated people for centuries. Not because they’re flashy… but because they gently remind us to soften.
In herbal tea, rosebuds bring a delicate floral flavor while offering naturally occurring antioxidants that have long been appreciated in traditional herbalism. Many people enjoy adding them to blends to help create moments of calm, support emotional well-being, and simply make tea feel a little more beautiful. They pair especially well with chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, hibiscus, blue lotus, and green tea.
But roses have always been more than just an herb.
Across many traditions, they’re associated with love, self-love, compassion, beauty, confidence, and heart-centered energy. They’re often used in glamour magick, self-love rituals, offerings, bath rituals, altar work, intention setting, and spells centered around attraction—not just attracting others, but attracting peace, abundance, confidence, and the version of yourself you’re becoming.
Some of our favorite ways to use them:
🌹 Brew them into herbal tea
🌹 Add them to bath rituals
🌹 Sprinkle them around candles or on your altar
🌹 Dress spell jars and intention bottles
🌹 Blend into loose incense
🌹 Create beautiful herbal sachets
🌹 Use them in skincare or facial steams (where appropriate)
🌹 Add them to journaling or full moon rituals
One thing we’re especially proud of is the quality of the rosebuds we source. We spend a lot of time looking for herbs that are vibrant, fragrant, and beautiful enough that you can immediately tell they were handled with care. We know many of you use your herbs both medicinally and spiritually, so quality has always mattered to us.
Whether you’re brewing a comforting cup of tea or creating a ritual that’s meaningful to you, rosebuds have a way of bringing a little softness into the moment.
Sometimes that’s exactly what we need. 🤍
