As a Colorado gardener there is nothing we love more than making it into May. It’s also Mental Health Awareness Month. We don’t think this is a coincidence. Researchers have studied the correlation between health and nature in a plethora of ways and the consensus is that time outside is not only recommended but imperative to your health. What a year it has been. The joy we feel spreading nature’s beauty to your everyday and your special days has been a reward for us.

Thank you all for being apart of our journey. Cheers to an even more fruitful 2024.
