I recently got a 3d printer and have been optimizing my work area with organization, tools, and things to make everyday a little bit easier. I just finished making my first prototype for mold shims.
Let me explain.

When you set multiple molds up on your vice, some molds are 6 inches tall, while others are only 5” tall or 4” tall. These will allow you to place this on your DIY air vice (the one we’ve all copied from Adam ) and get all of your molds to sit at the same height for easier shooting. This works PERFECTLY. 🥲 I understand I didn’t discover the idea of using some kind of block to shim it up, but this fixes a legit problem I have. I’m making other sizes to accommodate other mold widths and heights.
