Smoker was set to 230. Took off the smoker at core temp of 203. Wrapped in butcher paper when the outside got crispy. This was a 3lb brisket, larger ones will take longer. My next go around will be for Christmas. We got hangry and I didnt get a slicing video. What was left is not as juicy as the rest of it. You would have ate your phone if you saw me slice into it.

When the Kroger decorater is confident and even suggest a coffee mug you say awesome. $27 was an amazing 2 layer (chocolate and vanilla) price was bonus. Well you get what you pay for 😆. No hard feelings and I knew I could fix it. with 24h deadline and my cricut with card stock. Here we are!
