I saved my candle jars and cleaned them. I then painted and decoupaged using a July 4th theme napkin and Mod Podge! Fun project and I think they turned out pretty cute! I’ll be using them for utensils during our July 4th celebration 🎉 🇺🇸🎆

I teach 5th grade. I have an amazing class and wonderful coworkers. We’ve been reading the novel, The Mostly True Adventures of Homer P Figg. In the book, Mrs. Bean makes some buttermilk pancakes and the book has the recipe!
Today, we cooked Mrs. Bean’s pancakes! I’m telling you … they were absolutely delicious! Make you some!

We added some fixin’s like blueberries, chocolate chips, whipped cream, butter, syrup, etc.
