CV Electric is hiring! The owner is slammed and needs help. He's open to laborer or apprentice. Reliability is absolutely critical. No call, no show will not work.

Posting here first, our commercially zoned warehouse, attached and behind the store, is available for rent.

Current tenants have improved the space with thermostat, forced air gas heat and a half-glass steel door facing south.

600' square bay, commercial sized garage door, app-controlled garage door opener may be included. Ideally we'd love for it to be a business use, but if you need a good storage unit, it would also work for that purpose.

It is just the warehouse, there's no attached restroom and due to the front of the house business, cannot allow uncontrolled access to the restroom. It is a design limitation.
