Happy breastfeeding week to all the breastfeeding mommies I’m Still going strong xzavi is 3 months today my sweet boy 🥹🩵 Thank you to my family and aunties especially my auntie Lesly Mariscal for supporting my journey and helping me greatly along the way to all the lactation consultants I saw especially Lauren for giving me great advice I will forever be grateful for my support system🥹🩵 love you queens soo so much!

4 weeks postpartum I primarily breastfeed and pump about 2-3 times a day usually after breastfeeding. Don't let TikTok make you think you need to produce 5-10 oz per pump give yourself grace especially if primarily breastfeeding. As a breastfeeding mom this is more realistic. I've also seen a lactation consultant to check how much my son gets from breast I strongly suggest breastfeeding moms see lactation consultant to make this journey easier support is always helpful. I'll go in depth in another video on feedings because I do
"supplement" with breastmilk during feedings.
Also will post what setting I use for both spectra and momcozy soon.

This was my first weeks postpartum
It was my First time recording my pours kinda chaotic maybe I'II get better at it but sharing my journey because TikTok will make you think you need to be pumping 5+ oz as a breastfeeding mom this is more realistic pumping
