The Orange County Pharmacists Association (OCPhA) is the local chapter of the California Pharmacists Association (CPhA). Founded in 1869, CPhA is the largest state association representing pharmacy professionals from all practice settings. Our mission is to promote, expand and defend the profession of pharmacy and the role of pharmacists in California.

We’re so thankful for the opportunity to partner with the Vietnamese Pharmacists Association (VPhA) during our recent community health fairs! 💙 Working together has allowed us to reach more community members and provide free health services to those who need them most.

📍 OC Liver Screening & Health Fair (May 30, 2026)
Together with the Liver Health Foundation, VPhA, and the Academy of Student Pharmacists (ASP) at UCI and Chapman, our volunteers provided free blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) screenings, medication reviews, and healthy lifestyle education to more than 20 community members. It was a great opportunity to answer medication questions and promote healthy living.

📍 BPSOS Health Fair (June 14, 2026)
In collaboration with Boat People SOS (BPSOS), VPhA, and ASP at Chapman, we provided free blood pressure, blood glucose, BMI screenings, and medication reviews to 68 community members. It was inspiring to see so many people take an active role in their health.

A huge thank you to all of our volunteers and partner organizations for helping make these events possible. We’re excited to continue working together to improve community health and make a positive impact, one health fair at a time! 🌟
