This week a homeowner contacted us because he wanted the best solution for allergies he has a son with sensitivities. So our solution was to get him three retractable hose systems and vent the main unit outside which also uses a 5 gallon HEPA bag so no dust, pet dander, allergens, VOC’s can escape and what makes it through the bag goes completely out of the home. This week we swapped out a Vacuflo Model 26 that was from 1977, and what is unique about this install is it used old 1.75” tubing instead of the 2 inch OD we see today on modern system. To adapt the new system to the old one we used a Chameleon Retractable Central Vacuums stop coupling or is just known as a simple adapter coupling to install the new DB5000 for this customer.
