🌊 Guatemalan Jade 🌊

Probably my most favorite of all Jade/Jadeites.
Seriously! We carry a variety of jade/Jadeites from different localities and I tend to wear jade myself but this is definitely my favorite!
It has the most beautiful moody blue to teal color with grey undertones. A prized stone since the Mayan times, this stone is often called "Olmequita" or "Mayan Blue". The ancient civilizations valued it more than gold, carving it into sacred amulets and royal jewelry. Holding a piece is like holding a fragment of ancient history and deep ocean mist all at once!

Featured here are 2" handcrafted crosses that would make great pocket/purse stones, unique pendants or meaningful ornaments. The possibilities are endless! 💲1️⃣0️⃣ea.

And… that’s a wrap on this year’s farmers’ market events for TM!! 🥹✨

What a GREAT time it was! Many, MANY thanks to all of the Farmers’ Market Managers, Coordinators and their teams for hosting us and giving us the opportunity to share our craft with our communities. We’re so grateful to be able to show up, meet so many wonderful people, and do what we love!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, said hi, made a purchase, told a friend, or simply came over to check out what we’re up to. We appreciate you more than you know!! 💛

And a very special thank you to Ms. Jo Ann for the beautiful bouquet of flowers! 💐 What a lovely parting gift and such a sweet way to wrap up the market season. It absolutely made my day! 💕

BUTTTT… don’t worry, you’re not getting rid of us just yet! If you miss us (or just can’t stay away 😉), you can still shop our weekly livestreams! And if you’re local, our showroom will be opening back up in mid-September, so come see us in person!

Hi all! 👋 Just wanted to let everyone know that I am putting a pause on showroom visits and custom orders until mid September. As you all know, it's just ME.😊 Occasionally, I do have the help of my wonderful family but for the most part it's little ol' me and I need to catch up and finish through my list of custom orders and prepare for a big festival coming up.

Yes, I do curate a few unique pieces but for the most part, most of what Twilight Minerals is about is our handcrafted goods. So I ask for your grace while I check items off my list and prepare inventory.

Will this affect livestreams? No, I will still go live so you'll still have an opportunity to shop on select days at twilight time. Want the link to our shopping group? Comment below and I will send it to you.

When faceting doesn't go your way and you end up with a lot of oopsies... sigh.... debating on if I should throw these in the tumbler, keep as is and include them in the August Confetti scoop or pack in a Twilight Treasure.

Did you know Peridot is born in extreme conditions? Most gemstones are from the earth's crust but peridot often originates much deeper, in mantle rock tens of miles below the surface.
Another of my favorite peridot facts: Peridot crystals have been identified in some meteorites, particularly pallasites. Who wants one?
I love collecting space p**p! 🤩
I'm sure you already know it is the August birthstone, but also, it is associated with the 16th wedding anniversary. *ahem* Your girl has peridots when you're ready! 😉

Not a post showcasing our forever flowers this time, though they remain one of my favorite things in the showroom. This is a bouquet of flowers gathered from my garden for one of my truest friends. She loved them! I am so grateful for her time and all the help she's given around the showroom. She's top tier!

I think I'll gather another bouquet for livestream order pickup day so you can have a bloom too!
