One of a kind Riolu headphone holder!
Our customer found a similar model online but it wasn't his favorite character, so we worked our magic to create what he was looking for! Designed to mount to a wall with a flat back and mounting holes, open mouth to hold the headphones, then hand painted and clear coated. This Pokemon is ready to "catch them all!"

Reverse Engineering in action!
Taking an existing, high priced item and making it in-house at a fraction of the cost.
Our piece is on the right in the side by sides.😁

From concept to reality! We took Migo's existing logo and incorporated everything we could into making the tip jar match the brand. The base is the same red diamond shape that's behind the mascot. The lettering for the word "Tips" is modeled using the same font.
We then used a little AI help to bring the model to life, then I designed the pullout drawer and hollowed out the burger.
This was printed, airbrushed and hand painted, magnets installed, clearcoated, and finally UV resin covered for outdoor use!
A very fun and unique project!

Our second custom tip jar is complete! Thank you to Migo's Buntastic Bites for letting us make your vision a reality!

Protoype work is always a good time! This is a Chip Fan, designed to blow away machined chips from a finished part, increasing operator safety by doing it during the process and eliminating the need to do it manually. Designed by Brian Edwards (Machine Shop Manager at Fortus Technologies,) we then printed this with PETG material, which is better suited for industrial use.

Check out the other post we made showing this one in action! It was moving!

Testing a Chip Fan prototype today at work! This goes in one of the slots in the machine turret and safely blows chips off the finished part. This adds a few seconds to the cycle time, but improves operaor safety by replacing the old procedure of manually blowing the chips away with an air hose.
The fan was cranked up to 9,000 rpms for this test, that's 150 revolutions per second!

Keri asked if I would paint this planter for her to look like old books. Last pic was the inspiration. This is a combination of 3D design and printing, airbrushing and hand painting. Turned out nice!
