Simply put, Mr. Nelson’s Chocolate Chip Cookies are, “What Perfection Tastes Like!”

Mr Nelson is one of the few formally-trained chefs (and artisan baker) who consider chocolate chip cookies as one of the four major food groups! And, as such, he has created over the last couple of decades (yes, decades) what many people believe is a chocolate chip cookie of extraordinary taste and texture. Nelson is a “one-man-show” as he personally makes, bakes, wraps and packages only 24 dozen

perfect chocolate chip cookies a day, four days a week. Oh, and given he only makes one type of cookie, Chocolate Chip, (and nothing else!) you could also say he is a “one-trick-pony”; however, please know, it is a very “tasty” trick! The cookies are made in a small, custom bakery on the edge of the Tonto National Forest at the base of the beautiful Superstition Mountains in Gold Canyon, Arizona. Nelson’s Cookies™ can be purchased on-line in quantities of 6 or 12. They are shipped via UPS the day they are made and packaged in a box that you would be very proud to give (or receive!) as a gift. Back by MORE THAN popular demand (80% of the sales last week, -- plus, SOLD OUT in near record time!!) Beau and I will be serving, once again, our WARM gourmet chocolate chip cookies from 8 am to noon.

We apologize to all the folks we disappointed by being sold out so early in the day last week, but -- WOW -- over a 100 gently warm Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips floating in a "ocean" of Tahitian Vanilla was TOO GOOD to last very long!

Wow -- what a festival weekend we have coming up this weekend!

Beau, Michele and I are BEYOND excited to be spreading "What Perfection Tastes Like®" at 3 exciting events!

Saturday morning, Beau will be front and center from 8am to noon.

Michele and Mr. Nelson will open at 10 am at the San Tan Art and Wine Festival in San Tan Village hosted by . This exciting event will continue on Saturday until 5 pm and, then, reopen on Sunday with 10am to 5pm hours!

And to cap-off an already cookie (and fun) -filled day, Beau, Michele and Mr. Nelson will be participating (for the first time!) at the "Uncorked: AZ" Wine Festival at Salt River Field at Talking Stick from 5:30 pm to 10 pm.

Over 30 (yes, 30!) Wine and Adult Beverage vendors will be sampling their liquid refreshments along with "pairing" Mr. Nelson "WARM" gourmet chocolate chip cookies with 4 types of Ghirardelli Chocolate and a proprietary Tahitian Vanilla -- oh, my!
