Dear Goshen,
The first 3D print we ever sold was at a downtown Goshen First Friday event. The response was so positive that we knew there was a market for it. Not just a way to sell stuff for a few bucks, but a way to spread fun, whimsy, and teach people the marvel of 3D printing.
That was 4 years and 4 months ago. Since then we have been hanging out downtown talking 3D printing and selling 3D printed friends every month. But it goes sooooo much deeper than that. What we had at DN3D Prints was special. But not because of us, but because of you. You guys came out to say hi and supported us every single month. Never did we ever imagine it would become what it did.
Having what we did for so long was literally a dream come true. Just know that we didn't shut our doors because the sales weren't there, you guys always showed up. But just as the seasons change, it is time for us to make a change. Unfortunately, that means shutting our doors.
We want to say thank you. Without all of you this would have just been two dudes messing around with plastic. Because of you that plastic turned into joy, whimsy, serotonin, and memories. All of the eyes were hand painted with care. All of the colors were picked out for a reason. And typically the 3D print was the one finding you, not the other way around. Those 3D printed friends meant a lot to us, and thank you for letting us share them with you.
