This past weekend at the Canal Festival was definitely one for the books! ☀️🥵 Between the heat, humidity, and a long weekend of selling, we were exhausted… so hearing we won 1st Place in Wood Art was such an unexpected and exciting surprise!

We’re incredibly grateful and honored to receive this recognition, but even more thankful for everyone who stopped by our booth, supported our small business, shared kind words, and took a piece of Knotty Nook home with them. Your support is what allows us to keep creating and doing what we love.

Thank you to the festival organizers, the judges, and most importantly, to our amazing customers. We truly couldn’t do this without you. ❤️

There’s something satisfying about watching a project come to life… one layer at a time. 🎨🪵

This is just Layer 1 of 7 on one of our multi-layer 3D wood pieces. Each layer is individually painted before everything is carefully assembled to create the finished design with incredible depth and detail.

A lot of time, patience, and attention to detail goes into every piece we make—and that’s what makes the finished product so special.

Stay tuned to see the transformation as all seven layers come together! 👀✨
