At the towns square farmers market today in front of Elys Ivy. And guess what we brought….. Mary’s homemade cards!! Come grab a bouquet and homemade card for that special someone in your life! Or keep the flowers for you 😏and the card for an event later 😎 Also bundle up because she is COLD 🥶 outside.

This will be the last farmers market of the season for us. School is back in full swing and soon the summer blooms will come to an end. I will keep up the house stand as long as I can though. 🤗

Home today so I will try make as many as the youngest bud allows 😂Pictures do not do justice you guys! I am not joking that this rain has transformed the garden back to life! That light purple dahlia is like size of my hand. 🖐️

Also let me know some color combination requests or what you love to see! It was super fun doing the solid color vases and flower combos in all the colors of the rainbow and they were a hit so maybe I bring a couple of those out again. I do have a fun twist coming next week to the stand too so keep an eye out for those!

I know I said I was whipped but…. I love flowers! And I don’t know what God puts in the rain, but the garden is already bouncing back! Mini stand restock before the rain tonight. Grab them while you can! If it starts to rain I will be pulling them in.

Wedding update✨

Bride loves sunflowers so I tried to get one in every jar I could. Funny thing is… I didn’t plant sunflowers this year…. Fun fact - sunflowers self seed! The ones I grew last year were mammoth (says that literally on the seed pack) and I didn’t realize that when I planted them last year. As the garden came along this year and these tall shoots appeared randomly, I was like wait a minute…. those are sunflowers! I actually ripped them all out of the garden and they sat bare rooted on the lawn for a day. We decided to try replant the tall stocks in a bare corner in the yard and they were literally dead. But then all of a sudden they weren’t 😂

The bride reached out in July after realizing the wildflowers she was trying to grow to do these for her wedding just were not growing. She saw the flower arrangements I had and hoped I could help, to which I said of course! Without planning for this wedding when I put in the garden and seeing how it all came together was absolutely amazing. The garden really shocked me on this one and honestly I am so proud of myself.

128 arrangements. 15 hours of cutting, prepping, arranging. I am whipped! But what a beautiful reception did they create 🩷

Unfortunately I won’t have any arrangements on the stand until Sunday (hopefully!). Every bloom I got is going towards…....

Unfortunately I won’t have any arrangements on the stand until Sunday (hopefully!). Every bloom I got is going towards…. Drum roll please …. a WEDDING! 107 bud vases, 13 half gallon mason jars, 6 quart mason jars, bridal bouquet, grooms boutonnière, and a jar of extras for the wedding cake. Pushing the garden and giving it my all! Can’t wait to see how these all turn out.

I am shocked and honored to be asked to arrange flowers for such special moments. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. My little summer hobby has turned into something bigger then I could have imagined. Beyond grateful, incredibly blessed. Thank you 🫶🏻
