Day 2 quickly turned into a wedding countdown week! 🚜💨

A couple of equipment failures put us behind for a few days, and then we went into warp speed!

Dump truck after dump truck, materials coming in, and family jumping in to help. It was stressful, exhausting, and absolutely worth it.

What started as dirt, dust, and a whole lot of chaos quickly transformed into the gorgeous ceremony site we’ve been dreaming about.

High Desert meets the mountains like nowhere else in Western Colorado. 🌄

95° heat. Rain. Wind.
Day 2 is in the books, and we got it done... with a beautiful rainbow to top it all off. 🌈

The w**d barrier is down, the decorative stone is going in, and next up: 31.5-foot oil field pipe for the edging.

Day 2 progress! 🚜

Yesterday: dirt work.
Today: w**d barrier and decorative stone.

It's amazing to watch our vision for the ceremony site come to life!

We promise we're not opening the Grand Mesa Gravel Pit! 😄
Big things are happening as we transform our ceremony site. Stay tuned!

Not all heroes wear suits... some drive tractors. ❤️🚜
Scott is hard at work landscaping our ceremony site, one bucket at a time. Every load of dirt is bringing us one step closer to the beautiful ceremony space we've been envisioning.
We can't wait to see couples say "I do" beneath our new custom arch with these incredible Grand Mesa views.
Stay tuned... it's all coming together!

Before the guests arrived. Before the birthday celebration began. Just an incredible voice filling the room during sound check.

We were honored to host Christian country artist and American Idol finalist Megan Danielle for Glenn Younger's 80th birthday celebration at Mesa View Venue.

Moments like these remind us that venues are about more than weddings—they're about creating unforgettable experiences and bringing people together through music, faith, family, and celebration.

A special evening we'll be talking about for a long time.

The Details You Feel
Not every event begins in a traditional event venue — and that’s where thoughtful design matters most.
This gathering space, normally used for church services, was fully transformed to host 50 tables and 300 guests for an annual industry event beyond the ranch. With layered linens, bright floral accents, clean lines, and intentional styling, the room became polished, welcoming, and ready for a large keynote presentations.
What guests often don’t see is the precision behind it all: every chair aligned, every linen running the same direction, every arrangement placed with intention, every table tent straight, and each table set consistently throughout the room.
Those details are what create the feeling when guests walk in — organized, professional, and ready for a meaningful experience.
It’s the same attention to detail we bring to every event at Mesa View Venue at Little Park Ranch, whether it’s a wedding, celebration, or corporate gathering.
Great events aren’t accidental. They’re built in the details.

Beyond the Venue
A grazing table should feel like more than food — it should be part of the experience.
This 6-foot charcuterie display was created for an annual event we’re proud to help produce beyond the ranch. Filled with local cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, olives, pickles, dried fruits, jams, salami, crackers, and layers of color throughout, it became both a gathering place and a statement piece.
As the owner of , bringing design, hospitality, and presentation to events on and off property is a big part of what I love to do. From weddings to corporate gatherings and private celebrations, thoughtful details create memorable experiences.
