The OAV team checked in and provided audiovisual services at Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center for the 2026 American Hernia Society annual meeting.

A live cooking demonstration only works when everyone in the audience can see what’s happening.

For the second year, OAV provided audiovisual and event production support for Traverse City Food & Wine, helping bring the festival’s culinary programming to audiences throughout the event.

At the Main Stage, 84 of our Shenzhen INFiLED Electronics AR 3.9 XL LED panels came together across multiple video walls, including a 16' × 9' display that brought live cooking demonstrations into view for guests throughout the festival. Overhead cameras captured the action while additional displays extended the experience beyond the main tent.

Behind every panel, camera, and piece of equipment is a bigger goal: creating an experience that allows the audience to stay connected to what’s happening while giving chefs, presenters, and event teams the technology they need to do what they do best.

A night away from the equipment cases, production schedules, and event timelines!

Some members of the OAV team traded the show floor for the ballpark and enjoyed a night together at a West Michigan Whitecaps game.

POV: Your office has the best view of the show.

This is the front of house (FOH), where multiple production teams work together to help bring a live concert to life. While the audience is enjoying the performance, this is where audio, video, lighting, and other production elements are monitored and managed throughout the show.

It's not a view many people get to see, but it's one of our favorites.

Two moments from the same event, and two completely different experiences.

One is emotional and immersive, with the room washed in red as the story unfolds on screen. The other is energetic and full of movement, with performers taking the stage against a completely different visual backdrop and lighting design.

That’s what intentional event production can do. The right combination of video, lighting, staging, and content can completely shift the energy of a room and give every moment its own identity.

At OAV, we’re not interested in AV that simply fills a room. We think through the details that shape the experience, then build the production around them.

At the MiSEPS Annual Conference at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, our team provided audio and video support for the general session, ensuring the technology supported the experience from start to finish.

When preparation meets flexibility, speakers stay confident, attendees stay engaged, and the focus remains exactly where it belongs: on the event.

In just a few weeks, we'll be back in Traverse City for our fourth year providing audiovisual production for the International Fireworks Championship at Turtle Creek Stadium.

This event is always one we look forward to, and we're excited to once again be part of the team helping bring the experience to life. Until then, here's a look back at one of our favorite moments from previous years. We can't wait to be back!
