A customer wanted the new 2027 Scott Spark RC sooner than we could get one in, so we helped him find one and have it shipped to Flat Tire Co.

We finished the build, checked the brakes and drivetrain, set up RockShox Flight Attendant for his weight, showed him how to use it, and performed a bike fit.

At the same time, his old Spark is in our stand for a Transmission upgrade, a 200-hour suspension service with damper rebuilds, new bearings, and a few other upgrades. The Spark’s suspension setup is complex, and it’s work we’re equipped to handle.

Moral of the story: Bought a bike somewhere else? Bring it to us. From the first build and fit to the deep service work years later, we can help you get it dialed! 🔧
