Not sure whether your MTB suspension needs a 50-hour or 200-hour service? Here’s the breakdown:
🔧 50–100 Hour Standard Service
Best for regularly ridden bikes that haven’t seen extreme mileage or conditions. Your fork and shock are thoroughly cleaned and inspected, then refreshed with new dust wipers, seals, and oil to keep everything smooth, responsive, and protected.
⚙️ 200-Hour Full Service
For heavily ridden bikes, racers, aggressive riders, or anyone regularly riding in wet, muddy, or dusty conditions. This factory-level rebuild includes a complete damper teardown, ultrasonic cleaning, inspection, new seals, and fresh oil to restore performance from the inside out.
If your suspension feels harsh, loses pressure, makes noise, leaks oil, or hasn’t been serviced in a year—or you simply can’t remember the last service—it’s probably time.
