How grateful are you for the life you have right now?
Not the one you are praying for. Not the one you are working toward. The one you are standing in today.
Because somebody is praying for the life you already have.
Your eyes work. Your knees do not crack. The water was hot this morning. There was gas in the car, and if the tank was low, you had the money to fill it. Somebody out there is dreaming about electricity.
Now here is the part nobody wants to hear.
Be grateful that man walked out. Be grateful he took the money.
I know how that sounds. Stay with me.
If he had stayed, you would still be comfortable. Still in that same job, twenty years in, never forced to pivot. Losing it is what made you build something. And what you built now feeds people.
Everything is either a lesson or a blessing.
So if you get to the end of this episode and you are still angry, ask yourself why. Because at some point, holding on stops being pain and starts being a choice.
