Saying goodbye to my business page and hello to my new website 🙂

When I first started this page, it was all about my self-care boxes, and I’m so thankful for everyone who supported them, shared them, and followed along with me here. It has been such a fun part of my journey.

I’ve recently created a website where everything I offer can live in one place. The self-care boxes are still available there, along with the other services I offer through my private practice and other areas I’ve expanded into.

I’m really excited to have a space that reflects all the different ways I’m able to support people. Over time, I’ve realized there are so many different needs and seasons of life where people are looking for support, and I wanted to create more resources that can meet people where they are.

If you know me, you know that I’m terrible at managing any sort of social media and can still barely make a reel to save my life 😂 With that being said, I’ll be closing down this Instagram page and moving everything over to my website. Thank you so much for being here, supporting me, and being part of this little journey. I’m excited for what’s next and hope you’ll continue to follow along through my new site. 🤍
