💗⚡️Booking Policy for In-Home Appointments by Heart + Spark 💗⚡️
• Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be credited toward your total purchase at the time of your appointment.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
• Rescheduling: In cases of timely notice (24+ hours), you may transfer your booking fee to a new appointment.
💗 Specialty Group Non-Pop-Up Policy:
• Group Bookings: Each individual in a group appointment must submit their own booking fee to confirm their spot.
🔗 Re-Welds Policy:
• Re-welds are available exclusively during pop-up events or private parties. I do not accept in-home appointments for only re-welds.
⚡️Once time and date is confirmed with me, you’ll send your fee with the date and time in the payment comments (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, ApplePay, Zelle).
This policy ensures fairness to all clients and helps me manage time effectively. By booking your appointment, you agree to these terms.
