Quick update first — power has been restored at our Cooper’s Party Rentals warehouse! 🙌

For everyone who has called or messaged us about upcoming rentals, we are back up and running and getting caught up on everything. Thank you for being patient with us while the warehouse was without power!

With that being said, I’ve been scrolling Facebook and seeing SO many local moms asking what there is to do with the kids right now. Some families are still without power, school has been canceled, plans have changed, and I think we’re all just ready to give the kids something fun to do after a weird couple of days. 😂❤️

We have power at the warehouse, we have a parking lot, and we obviously have bounce houses… so we’re putting them up!

Tomorrow from 12–5PM, bring the kids out to jump for FREE! 🏰

We’ll have a few bounce houses set up outside, tables and chairs for parents, and we’ll be grilling with water bottles and juice available while supplies last.

We’ll also have outlets available if anyone still without power needs to charge phones, tablets, battery packs or other devices. 🔌

💈 Snip Happens Barbershop will also be open, so if you still need to get those back-to-school haircuts done, they’ll be offering $5 off kids’ cuts and $10 off adult cuts.

A haircut is NOT required to come hang out or use the bounce houses. It’s just there as an option if you need it!

And yes, we know we’re outside and don’t have AC out in the lot 😂 but it’s FREE, the kids can jump and burn off some energy, and hopefully it gives some of our local families something easy to do for a few hours.

You don’t have to be without power either. Everyone is welcome!

If you have ever booked an event with us, thank you. Truly. We have been reflecting on just how fortunate we are to do what we do.

Every weekend, we get to be part of birthdays, school events, church festivals, company picnics, and so many special memories. None of that would be possible without the families, businesses, schools, and organizations that choose Cooper’s Party Rentals. Thank you for trusting us to be part of your celebrations. It truly means more than you know.

I also want to take a moment to recognize the incredible people behind the scenes.

Our team works hard. They spend long days in the heat, lift heavy equipment, drive all across Indiana and Illinois, and always do their best to make your event a success. They’re the heart of this business, and I’m incredibly grateful for each of them.

The truth is, the overwhelming majority of our customers are amazing. You greet my crews with a smile, thank them for their hard work, offer them a bottle of water on a hot day, and make them feel appreciated. Those moments never go unnoticed, and they’re a big part of why we love serving our community.

Every once in a while, though, we encounter a situation where one of our team members is yelled at, threatened, or made to feel unsafe.

When that happens, I will always stand behind my employees.

That doesn’t mean we don’t care about our customers; we absolutely do. In fact, our customers are the reason Cooper’s Party Rentals exists. But I also believe that every employee deserves to go home feeling safe at the end of the day. If protecting our team means making the difficult decision to end an event, then that’s the decision we’ll make.

My hope is that we never have to do that.

Our goal has always been simple: provide great service, create unforgettable memories, and treat people with kindness and respect. We simply ask for that same kindness in return.

Yesterday’s fireworks were canceled due to the weather, so Hobart has rescheduled them for TONIGHT! That means Cooper’s Party Rentals Kid’s Zone will be back for one more evening of fun!
