Don't be a silly goose- come do the bunny hop over to the Capay Valley Almond festival TOMORROW SUNDAY Feb 27th!!!
Start in Esparto for tons to see and make your way up the valley. I'll be in Guinda in the parking lot of the corner store!

It's never to early for Easter🐇! I made some wonderfully gentle three different fun scented egg fizzies for the bath that last extra long (melon mania, monkey t***s and green gnome)

AND my favorite soap so far this year- Spring Gnomie soap: Some have ears 🐰 some don't, but all have lovely spring flowers 💐 and colors. Scented in lovely fresh green ferns and garden flowers with woody background notes. A perfect scent to match those awesome hand molded soap dough gnomes.

"Painting at dawn" soap. I'll tell ya- this soap I wasn't happy with at all at first and it stopped me up from making soap for a while, but now I kinda love the imperfections I saw when I first made it.
It smells so beautifully fresh being citrusy, fruity, and green with hints of jasmine, lavender, and bergamot having vanilla and musk bottom notes. A truly unique smell to this one.
This one also has a matching lotion bar that leans more toward a citrusy cactus blossom (probably my favorite smelly lotion bar this far, but I love citrus 🍊 :)

Here's my almond blossom soap just in time for the Capay Valley almond blossom festival next Sunday 2/27 10am-5pm! Where the valley grows tenfold in population 😆 Come experience the valley (in which I grew up in) in its finest form. Filled with organic farms and artisans you will sure to find something for everyone. Our almost 30 mile long valley comprised of a handful of towns has something truly unique in each town.

I'll be posted up at the second to last stop on the trail in Guinda in the parking lot across from the Corner store. Don't forget to pick up some bbqed oysters across the street at the firehouse and drive up forest street to the grange hall for more festivities. Definitely be sure to check out the other towns as they all have something great going on!

This is not exactly what you would think a Christmas soap would be (except my daughter thinks all gnomes are Santa) but it was by far my favorite I've made this season (and the most time consuming 😄) A spring version may have to be made! Thanks go to Always for her wonderful soap dough inspiration ❤️

Scented with a blend from
Christmas wreath, vetiver and chocolate Amber with a couple essential oils thrown in for good measure.

Not sure what you're doing tomorrow??? Why not support your neighbors and local businesses and have a fun family day in downtown Esparto 10 am - 3 pm! There will be lots of local vendors including myself (Bonny bee soapin with lots of soap and bath stuff), 100% beeswax candles, jamz, house decor, toys, a chili cook-off!, And many more! (I definitely know a couple kids excited for the kids area!) I'll have some new things as well (check them out below). Give the gift of shopping local and have some fun! Take care!

Did you miss the lavender open house last Saturday? No problem! Come join us THIS Saturday Nov 20th 10 am to 3 pm in downtown Esparto and bring the family to join in on the festivities and shop some local vendors. Looks like we'll have some great weather again!

Come visit a lavender farm tomorrow (located approximately two minutes from Cache creek casino) for an open house and pick up locally made everything! Bonny Bee Soapin will have some lovely gift boxes of wonderful soap and stuff as well as some new products. Get you're holiday shopping done early and support some small local businesses! ***Giveways, giveaway, giveaway!*** Starts now! It's been a year you guys!- Next week, November 16th I made my fist batch of soap! I feel like I've come a long way thanks to all of y'all who have supported me on this soapy journey. As a kind of thank you and to help me grow even further (hopefully since I have grand plans for next year already) I am giving away not just one prize, not two prizes, but three prizes!!! Giveaway ends on my one year anniversary Tuesday Nov 16th at 8pm!

I was inspired by the yummy hot drinks people make this time of year and to celebrate I made three premium soaps each inspired by a classic autumn/winter hot drink. Cheers!

1. Grand prize gets the premium "hot drinks" lineup:
-Hot buttered rum soap with local goat milk
-Hot apple cider soap with colloidal oatmeal
-Hot peppermint mocha soap with fresh brewed coffee and grounds

2. Second prize gets a bar of their choosing from the "hot drinks" lineup

3. Third prize gets a random bar of my choosing from my catalog.

Annnnd heres the finale of the Hot Drinks collection- Hot apple cider! It smells like the real thing too! So yummy and festive with notes of green apple, cranberry orange and a hint of spice.
