Hey hey! Vendor update!

We’re over 1/3 full with vendors on the first 2 days of going live, which is awesome! Thank you all for turning in your registrations.

We’re starting a wait list for content creators at this time. That being said, ALL registered vendors up until this point are accepted - I’ll follow up with an email & booth agreement but I’m on vaca at the moment 😂. Photography category is getting close to wait listing…. 👀. Other categories still have some spots. 🥳

Wait list does NOT mean you shouldn’t apply, but we do strive to fill the show with a balance of vendors vs. taking a bunch of vendors in any one category. We want plenty of options for couples to shop AND we want you, as a vendor, to have the best chance at locking in possible clients. So we’ll work to balance the show and if we still need to fill spots, that’s when we’ll look at the wait list.

We do set a deadline to review the waitlist, so you have ample time to still prepare for the show.

If you’re a vendor, we’d love to have you! A few things that set us apart:

💥 We sell tickets to get in, so the couples who attend are serious couples/buyers.

💥 We work to get a wide variety of vendors on display for couples - we set goals/limits to each vendor category, and often have a waitlist in popular categories, so it’s in your interest to sign up early!

💥 We offer interactive activities for guests, so our event is fun as well as educational.

💥 We teach classes - if you’re interested in teaching as a vendor, let us know what you want to teach about!

💥 We partner with The Bridal Haus, to sell previously loved wedding decor & dresses on consignment! Couples love it - it’s a definite draw! But it’s also a way to liquidate your own decor and free up shelf space for new!

💥 The show is hosted by Events By Autumn, a luxury wedding & event planner with over 20 years of event planning experience, so it’s a thoughtfully planned, and well executed event to be a part of! 💕

Hey hey wedding vendors! I’m gonna be real with you here for a moment.

We’re holding off on pushing out event registrations until March 30th. On purpose.

Why? Because we know exactly what it feels like to have someone start marketing their similar event that’s still months out, while you’re currently pushing hard to market your own.

Everyone can have a space to do their own events - there are lots of engaged couples out there and there are quite a few wedding fairs. We encourage you to get involved and attend as many as you want to!

So that being said, we have plenty of time before November, and we’ll be talking to you all in a few weeks. In the meantime, have a great show for those of you participating in this upcoming event! 🥳

Hello all my engaged couples and wedding vendors!

A quick announcement that we’re locking in Sunday, Nov 22 for the 2026 wedding fair in Hamilton.

I’ll send an email to vendors once we’re all confirmed, but just wanted to get on everyone’s calendar.

We’re also planning on The Bridal Haus participating too, so keep us in mind after your 2026 wedding - come consign your decor!
