Things I hate

The cold.

It’s a short list today but I hate it. I bundle up because it’s freezing. I run more than a mile and I’m sweating. So while I’m running I remove my hat, gloves and even sweatshirt today. While running because I don’t want to stop and lose momentum. Stupid cold. The moment I finish I’m cold again because I’m sweaty and I have to put back on allllll this crap because I need to walk to cool down my body. It’s duuuumb.

Ran a 5k without stopping. Picking back up the mileage so I can run a half this year. Leg training tomorrow and that’s my favorite day.
