On vacation for a long weekend. It's nice getting away, but there are a lot of projects backing up.

Recently acquired these for my personal collection. I'm getting pretty deep into the weeds as I've already got most of my "must have" games. Now I'm after some that others have recommended, some classics I'm not necessarily into and some I just want to try out as well. Today's completed Projects include 2 repaired original Sega Game Gear consoles, one more that had a bad screen got the full Red reshell, rechargeable lithium batteries, and new larger LCD treatment (along with refurbishment).

And a Genesis model 2 that was destined for the landfill, fixed 2 broken traces and recapped it, now works like new after adjusting and cleaning the cartridge slot!

Clear Shell, used the smoked accents that were unused from yesterday's project instead of all clear (I like this look way better). Had cartridge slot issues even after adjusting and cleaning, so installed a Lazer Bear Slotmaster MKII cartridge slot, and it reads every game every time now. Once I get the controllers in, this will be available on zerktek.com
