📢 Temporary Business Closure Announcement

Dear valued customers,

After much prayer and careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily close Paula’s Custom Cups & More.

This was not an easy choice, but at this time I need to step back and focus on my family and other responsibilities. Balancing multiple small businesses, co owning a business with my mom, and my babysitting commitments has made it clear that this is the best decision for this season of my life.

Please know that this is not goodbye it’s simply “see you later.” My passion for creating custom products hasn’t changed, and my hope is to reopen in the future when I can give this business the time and attention it deserves.

I want to sincerely thank each and every customer who has supported my small business, placed an order, shared my posts, or encouraged me along the way. Your kindness and support have meant more than words can express.

📢 Temporary Order Pause

Hi everyone! Just a quick update I will not be taking any new custom orders at this time.

Unfortunately, I’m currently out sick and need to focus on resting and getting well. I appreciate your patience and understanding while I take the time I need to recover.

I’ll be sure to post an update as soon as I’m feeling better and ready to start taking orders again.

I am beyond excited to finally announce that Paula’s Custom Cups & More will be adding CUSTOM SUBLIMATION SHIRTS beginning sometime in August! 👕🎉

Today was a huge milestone because I finally got my heat press! 🙌 I’m officially getting everything together so I can start creating even more custom products for all of you.

This has been something I’ve been wanting to do for a while, and I can’t wait to share all the fun and unique shirt designs I’ll have available. Whether you’re looking for something funny, personalized, seasonal, or just because—I can’t wait to create it for you!

⚠️ Small Business Owners, Be Aware of Scammers ⚠️

Someone tried to scam me out of inventory today. They claimed they had sent payment through Cash App, but the payment never came through on my end. When I politely explained that I had not received anything, they became hostile and started insisting that I needed to call Cash App to figure it out.

The funny part? Cash App customer support wasn’t even open at that time, and I knew that. 🚩

Thankfully, I caught on quickly and didn’t hand over any inventory. If you’re a small business owner, always verify that payment has been received in your account before releasing any products. Don’t rely on screenshots or someone’s word alone.

Stay vigilant, trust your instincts, and protect your business. Scammers are everywhere these days.
