I wanted to take some time before sharing this product to truly see how well it worked—and I’m so glad I did. 💚
Here’s the backstory:
This summer, a dear friend gifted me a comfrey plant. It was about half dead, but with a little love and care, it absolutely flourished. I dried the leaves, infused them in jojoba oil, and let them slowly marinate.
Fast forward to 12/31—my husband came home with a pretty nasty black eye. (He’s the head varsity basketball coach and often practices right alongside his team.) I figured there was no better time to put comfrey’s incredible healing properties to the test. Comfrey has long been known to help dissolve bruises, support bone healing, and so much more.
The very next morning, I whipped the comfrey-infused jojoba oil with tallow, shea butter, and PanAway essential oil. After just one week of use, his black eye is almost completely gone—barely any green or yellow left. Truly incredible results!

Comfrey is known for its topical benefits including
-relieving muscle and joint pain as well as inflammation
-accelerating healing of minor bruises and wounds

This Whipped Lotion is the heart and soul of Miss Megs Market. 🤍

It’s made with calendula-infused jojoba oil, grass-fed tallow, shea butter, and lavender essential oil—and it exists because of my youngest child.

When he was a toddler, his skin was so severely damaged it looked as though it had been burned with boiling water. It was raw, cracked, oozing, and incredibly painful. A pediatrician prescribed an ointment, but the number one listed side effect stopped me cold: possible sterility. I knew there had to be another way.
That moment sent me on a mission—to uncover the root of his skin issues and find a truly natural solution. I discovered a local farm’s calendula salve, and it helped. We made it through that first winter, and I knew I needed to go deeper.
The following spring, I planted my own calendula. Every seed was planted with intention, hope, and love. I slowly infused those flowers into jojoba oil, trusting the process and honoring the healing power of the plant. Combined with very clean eating and living, the transformation was nothing short of incredible.

If you’ve ever grown calendula, you know how abundant and generous it is. I now have more infused oil than our family could ever use—and it felt wrong not to share it.
