Gerty the Greeter with a PSA from Decorators Choice of Hornell. This unfortunate announcement comes after our Private Parking lot was recently trashed. Weโve been overly lenient with the Public parking in our Private Parking lot (located at our 2 Main Entrances on the side of our Building right off Seneca Street, across from the Barber Shop) both DURING & AFTER Business Hours; However, after someone decided to smash (something) & throw Garbage all over our newly paved Parking Lot this Week, ๐ซ๐ซWE ARE NO LONGER ALLOWING THE PUBLIC TO PARK IN OUR PRIVATE PARKING LOT, AT ANY HOUR OF THE DAY & NIGHT, 7 DAYS/WEEK. Our PRIVATE PARKING LOT IS RESERVED (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) FOR:

โขOUR SALES REPS
โขPOSTAL & DELIVERY DRIVERS DELIVERING TO OUR BUSINESS
โขOUR PRIVATE CARRIERS
โข&, LAW ENFORCEMENT & FIREMEN WHEN ON DUTY & REPORTING TO A CALL
โญ๏ธWe OWN our Parking Lot; Meaning, we Pay Taxes on our Property; We Pay to keep it freshly Paved, regularly; &, we work hard to keep it clean!!
This means our Parking Lot is PRIVATE PROPERTY 24 HOURS/ DAY, 7 DAYS/WEEK. You will be TOWED if you Park in our Lot after Business Hours. You will be Towed if you Park in our Lot on a Sunday. &, no, we will no longer give warnings beforehand.
Weโve been more than lenient in allowing the Public to use our Parking Lot; So much so that we recently had an elderly Customer with a walker & recent hip replacement have to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND OUR BLDG. after having to Park out back because People who were NOT DECORATORโS CHOICE CUSTOMERS HAD TAKEN UP THE LAST OF OUR SPOTS RESERVED FOR OUR CUSTOMERS, SO THEY COULD GO ELSEWHERE, โฆ.leaving the sweetest elderly gentlemen stuck parking in the back lot.
โผ๏ธWith the recent trashing of our Parking Lot (which we have the Person responsible recorded on our highly-efficient Security Cameras by the Owner of Dec. Choice,โฆ..who also happens to Own a multi-State SECURITY SYSTEM BUSINESS ๐)โฆWE WILL BE TOWING ANYONE WHO IS NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER OF DECORATORโS CHOICE (or, who doesnโt fall into the above categories) BOTH DURING & AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, 7 DAYS / WEEK.
