What are we creating in the shop these days?
This tasting spoon is one of those clever little kitchen tools you don’t realize you need—until you use it once.
At first glance, it looks like a beautifully crafted wooden spoon, but the magic is in that carved channel running through it. When you dip it into a pot of hot soup, stew, or sauce, you scoop a small amount into the bowl, then simply tilt it and let the liquid flow gently down the groove to the other end. By the time it reaches your lips, it’s cooled just enough to taste comfortably—no burned tongues, no awkward waiting.
