What are we creating in the shop these days?
This tasting spoon is one of those clever little kitchen tools you donât realize you needâuntil you use it once.
At first glance, it looks like a beautifully crafted wooden spoon, but the magic is in that carved channel running through it. When you dip it into a pot of hot soup, stew, or sauce, you scoop a small amount into the bowl, then simply tilt it and let the liquid flow gently down the groove to the other end. By the time it reaches your lips, itâs cooled just enough to taste comfortablyâno burned tongues, no awkward waiting.
Itâs practical, but also a bit of kitchen artistry. The design turns a simple taskâtasting as you cookâinto something smoother, safer, and honestly a little more enjoyable. Perfect for slow-simmering soups, homemade sauces, or anything where getting the seasoning just right matters.
A small detail, but one that makes a big difference in the cooking experience.
