Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
Scheduling appliance service and repair appointments
Maintaining customer records, including contact information and service history
Assisting with billing, invoicing, and payments

Greeting and assisting walk-in retail customers
Managing office organization and administrative tasks
Helping improve processes and systems as the business continues to grow
