For those of you who are new here, I’m Amanda! This pretty girl here is my 13 year old daughter, Addyson! She’s an honor-roll student and a member of the National Junior Honor Society. She plays softball, basketball, and volleyball. She loves to fish, hunt, and spend time with family/friends. She is the most caring, funny, smart, talented girl. But something that most people don’t know is that she faces TWO different types of Epilepsy every day. She has JME (Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy) as well as Absence Epilepsy. She is lucky to be pretty well controlled on medications but there are other kids who are not so lucky. Each year I pick a few designs for T-shirts in November for Epilepsy Awareness Month to donate a portion of the proceeds to Epilepsy research. If you would like to support Addyson and others like her, let me know! 💜
