This reel means more to me than you probably realize.

There was a time when every tiny detail at JYS passed through my hands. I designed it. I made it. I cleaned it. I checked it. I obsessed over it.

And now I get to look across the shop and see my husband and my brother doing the same.

Not just moving the heavy stuff or running equipment—but carefully assembling tiny acrylic pieces, checking every detail, cleaning every surface and making sure these beautiful menus were perfect for two little girls they’ll probably never meet.

That gets me. 🥹

You don’t always see this side of the men in a print shop on social media—the patience, the precision, the care that goes into making something beautiful.

But at JYS, everybody gets in on the magic.

What started with my two hands has become something my family and an incredible team have learned to create, protect and take pride in alongside me.

And as a founder, I don’t think I’ll ever stop being proud of that.

The tables may have turned a little… but this is exactly what I hoped JYS would become. 🤎

Luxury doesn’t come from the material. It comes from knowing what to do with it. ✨

For this NFL retirement celebration, we paired printed foam board with silver mirror acrylic table assignments to turn a seating chart into a statement piece.

And this is exactly why I love what we do at JYS. Give me foam board + acrylic and I’m already thinking about layers, dimension, texture and how we can make the final piece look anything but basic.

Foam board can be luxe. Acrylic can take it higher. Put them together? Now we’re showing off a little. 😏
