An elegant green onyx and brass art nouveau Victorian era telescoping piano lamp. Originally used candles or an oil lamp that could be hoisted up to provide better lighting. Converted to electric and ready to swank up any space. Solid brass base with formed heavy guage brass sheeting. Has to be raised and lowered with care to not pinch wiring or knock down the cradled glass lampshade. Super neat piece from years past. No markings present, but appears to be in the style and quality of Bradley and Hubbard. Anyone with more insight, feel free to impart aome knowledge.
