Return policy: Unfortunately since all Tutus are custom made, I cannot give returns. All sales are final although if there is a mistake with your order I am more than happy to fix it once you return it back to me and I will pay for shipping to have it sent back to you. Time Frame: I ask that that you make your order at least 2 weeks in advance. I may not have the items needed so that gives me enough time to order it. If I have the supplies I can get your order to you in 2-3 days if you are local, if not 2-3 days plus shipping time. Bows, headbands, and shirts and names on shirts are extra. If you see something you like just email me or text me and we can get all your needs taken care of. If you see another tutu and have an idea of how you want it, please feel free to email me the picture and I will come up with something similar to what you are wanting. I'm always open for new ideas.
