🍷✨ Reintroducing: The UnCorked Truffle ✨🍫

A beloved favorite is making its way back—and we’ve given it a delicious little reimagining.

The UnCorked Truffle starts with a Napa red blend featuring Cabernet, Merlot & Zinfandel, creating deep, rich wine notes that pair beautifully with the dark chocolate.

We added local honey from Bizzy Bee and a touch of sea salt to round everything out and bring balance to those bold flavors.

New shirts for the crew! 🍫🤎

We wanted this design to be simple—and meaningful.

The cocoa pod represents where it all begins and reflects something that has always been important to us: simple, fresh ingredients and chocolate crafted by hand.

No complicated extras. No shortcuts. Just quality ingredients, Belgian chocolate, and a whole lot of love poured into every chocolate we make.

Our new crew shirts are a little reminder of what Cassinelli’s is all about. 🤎

Simple ingredients. Handmade chocolate. Big flavor.

And yes… we think the crew looks pretty sweet. 😉🍫

The Businesses Behind the Chocolate: Flock Bistro

If Corkscrew was the business that gave me my first chance, Flock Bistro was one of the businesses that helped take that chance and turn it into something much bigger.

More than 8 years ago, Anne discovered my chocolates while visiting Corkscrew one night. She reached out to me, and I went to Flock Bistro to do a tasting.

They loved them—and soon after, my chocolates were added to their menu.

And here’s something that means so much to me:

Flock Bistro has carried my chocolates longer than any other client I have. ❤️

Sometimes, one business saying “yes, we’d love to carry your product” turns into an entire network of opportunities you couldn’t have imagined.
